Air Export Agent

About the role

As an Air Export Agent you will ensure the timely and accurate movement of freight and information while delivering exceptional customer service within the Air Export Department. You will act as a key liaison between customers, airlines, trucking companies and internal teams to keep shipments on track.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth and timely freight process flow from booking to delivery.
• Enter accurate data into the operational system and track Air Export files.
• Communicate arrival notices to overseas partners and customers.
• Prepare and process client and service provider billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with airline carriers, trucking firms and other suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Identify best practices to improve operational efficiency and meet KPI targets.
• Respond promptly to internal and external email communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air export or related logistics function.
• Strong market and product knowledge of international freight.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro‑active attitude with strong organizational abilities.
• Good computer proficiency (Excel, Word).
• Hazardous Materials certification preferred.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
