Analista de Capacitación – Mercado Envíos

About the role

The Training Analyst will support Mercado Envíos operations by designing, delivering and monitoring training programs that improve performance and compliance. You will work closely with senior analysts to identify learning needs, execute onboarding and retraining initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute operational training programs, ensuring they meet performance targets and suggest process enhancements.
• Track key performance indicators, spot improvement opportunities and implement action plans under the guidance of the Senior Analyst.
• Identify training needs, coordinate onboarding, refresher courses and large‑scale rollouts.
• Organize training sessions, ensure remote follow‑up and verify compliance with learning objectives.

Required profile

• Availability to work on‑site four days a week at the SVC facility in Concepción.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering clear, professional training.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations and the training lifecycle.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong experience with Google Sheets.
• Ability to use Looker for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance training content and delivery.
