Application Engineer II

About the role

Honeywell is seeking an Application Engineer II to provide on‑site technical support for APC systems at customer locations in Santiago, Chile. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work in a hybrid schedule, ensuring successful deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support and troubleshooting for APC systems to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of APC products at customer sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in on‑site customer or technical support, preferably with APC systems.
• Strong knowledge of APC products and their applications in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software, system configuration, and network fundamentals.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and software relevant to APC solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem‑solving skills.
