Appointment Setter

About the role

The Appointment Setter will contact potential clients who have completed the Tax Investigation process and schedule qualified meetings for the 2nd Trade team. This position ensures a steady flow of timely appointments to maximize client conversion rates in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and arrange appointments with 2nd Traders.
• Coordinate and manage the 2nd Trade team’s calendar to optimize meeting schedules.
• Nurture leads by addressing initial concerns, providing reassurance, and encouraging commitment to the resolution process.
• Log all interactions, update statuses, and manage scheduling within the company CRM (Salesforce).
• Follow up with clients who miss or need to reschedule appointments.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs and 2nd Traders to ensure seamless handoff of scheduled appointments.
• Track performance metrics such as contact rates, appointment set rates, and show rates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in financial services or tax relief.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
