About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor and Cashier to provide personalized assistance to customers in a fashion store, helping them select clothing, shoes and accessories that match their style and current trends, while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear and accessories.
• Promote products, offers and new collections to drive sales.
• Perform cashier duties: process payments, handle cash, issue invoices and manage transactions.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Iron and prepare garments for display, ensuring optimal condition.
• Meet sales targets set by the company.
• Support receiving, restocking and inventory of merchandise.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales and customer service; cash handling experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of fashion, good personal presentation and awareness of trends.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work rotating schedules and to move between stores when required.
• Completed high school; technical or complementary training in fashion, styling, marketing or related fields is valued.
