About the role
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Assistant to drive new business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves prospecting potential clients, presenting our services and products, and delivering results while adhering to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities and assess client needs.
- Generate leads that translate into new customers.
- Actively prospect through calls, contacts and social media.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Keep sales lists and records up‑to‑date.
- Handle collection of payments for completed sales.
- Advise customers and process product orders.
- Evaluate client requirements to ensure satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to uncover new business opportunities.
- Customer‑oriented with strong adaptability.
- Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
