About the role

Join the ONLY team at Costanera as a Sales Assistant. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers achieve their fashion goals while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the sales process and provide product information.
• Control stock levels, replenish merchandise, and ensure accurate labeling.
• Maintain store order and cleanliness.
• Support visual merchandising by helping to set up window displays.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, committed and organized.
• Flexible availability for rotating 5‑day work weeks (42 hours) including weekends.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
