About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant to join the General Risks Department of an insurance brokerage. The role supports daily operations, assists the team in risk assessment activities, and ensures smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the risk department in processing insurance requests and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
• Support communication with clients, underwriters, and service providers.
• Help prepare reports and presentations related to risk analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service standards.

Required profile

• Graduate or final‑year student in Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the insurance sector or a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
• Saturday work: 9 am – 1 pm (first nine months every Saturday, then alternating Saturdays).
