Associate Clinical Research Associate – Chile (Remote)

About the role

The Associate Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will support remote site activities for clinical trials conducted in Chile. Working closely with the CRA and Study Clinical Lead, you will ensure site preparedness, logistical coordination, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site start‑up, management, recruitment, and close‑out activities as defined in the task matrix.
• Provide pre‑study assessment support, including waiver handling and site ICF customization.
• Perform remote review of EMR/EHR checklists and verify document collection status.
• Coordinate system access for site staff, track vendor qualifications, and manage site supply logistics.
• Support essential document collection, review, and updates in company systems.
• Assist with site payment processes, invoice reconciliation, and vendor data follow‑up.
• Maintain vendor trackers and support centralized monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines for clinical research.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple site tasks remotely.
• Effective communication with site staff and internal functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Familiarity with vendor tracking tools.
