About the role
Join Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services team as an Associate Consultant in Santiago. You will work on the Launch Program 2027, supporting leading brands with data‑driven insights and technology‑focused solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate in small, cross‑functional teams to address strategic client challenges.
- Take ownership of deliverables and build external relationships with clients.
- Support 1‑3 projects concurrently, each lasting 8‑16 weeks.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive performance analytics.
