Bilingual Copyeditor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual copyeditor to help train AI chatbots in both Spanish and English. You will work remotely from Chile, choosing the projects that fit your schedule and contributing to the improvement of language models through conversation creation and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in written conversations with AI chatbots in Spanish and English to assess their performance.
• Write original dialogue scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Edit and proofread AI‑generated content, ensuring grammatical accuracy and brand‑consistent style.
• Provide feedback on AI outputs, rating correctness and overall quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
