Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who can assist our customers in both Spanish and English via voice, chat, and email. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while delivering high‑quality support for an e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions, and email inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues quickly and provide effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General knowledge of CRM systems.
