About the role

Colegio Pioneros is seeking a bilingual elementary mathematics teacher for grades 3‑4. The successful candidate will inspire young learners to enjoy mathematics, develop critical thinking, and apply problem‑solving skills in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in both English and Spanish for grades 3 and 4.
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to support growth.
• Collaborate with the Voyagers team to develop and enhance the school’s mathematics program.
• Foster an inclusive classroom where every child feels confident to explore mathematical concepts.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Professional teaching qualification with a focus on elementary mathematics.
• Demonstrated experience teaching mathematics to grades 3‑4.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
