Bilingual Legal Clerk (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

Our client, a boutique personal injury law firm, is looking for a bilingual Legal Clerk to support the legal team remotely. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing client intake, and performing essential administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies and adjusters.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document formatting, and file management.
• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and track case deadlines.
• Monitor court websites for updates and adjust case tasks accordingly.
• Initiate new insurance claims and follow up with adjusters to gather required information.
• Provide empathetic first‑point‑of‑contact support for clients during sensitive case stages.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with CloudLex (preferred).
