Bilingual Receptionist

About the role
AG Law Firm is seeking a remote Bilingual Receptionist to be the first voice clients hear during some of their most stressful moments. Working on US Eastern hours from Chile, you will handle calls and texts in both Spanish and English, ensuring every interaction is warm, steady, and fully present.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and text messages during US Eastern business hours.
- Route callers quickly to the appropriate attorney or staff member.
- Maintain calm and clear communication with existing clients, providing updates and reassurance.
- Track and follow up on all details to ensure nothing is missed.
- Verify client information, including correct spelling of names, to uphold professionalism.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to double‑check information accurately.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a full‑time schedule aligned with US Eastern time.
- Friendly, empathetic, and able to remain composed under pressure.
