Brand Activation Manager – Chile

About the role

The Brand Activation Manager for Chile will develop and execute in‑store activation plans that support commercial objectives across multiple product categories. Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive brand performance and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in planning the annual marketing cycle and managing budgets.
• Analyze market data and propose tactical changes to product range, pricing, and packaging.
• Coordinate central and locally created promotions, recommending activities based on market insights.
• Monitor competitive actions related to product, price, distribution, visibility, and promotions.
• Participate in customer presentations and join key customer negotiations when needed.
• Establish portfolio needs by market and channel, and coordinate trade programs.
• Analyze Nielsen data (volume, value share, AUPs) to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consumer‑goods marketing and sales, preferably in the categories managed.
• Experience analyzing trade‑audit and Nielsen data.
• Direct exposure to customers and sales teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant business experience.
• Previous experience in brand activation or execution is ideal.
• Strong collaboration and cross‑functional teamwork abilities.
