Business Controlling Analyst – LATAM

About the role

The Business Controlling Analyst for LATAM supports the financial management of the Health & Medical business across Latin America. You will be responsible for regional planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis, providing high‑quality financial information to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closing, annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and long‑range strategic planning.
• Validate and upload financial data into the corporate reporting system (AARO) and maintain regional budgets and forecasts.
• Consolidate P&L and working‑capital information from LATAM countries and prepare executive presentations.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as liaison between the Global Health & Medical organization, the LATAM Business Unit and local country teams.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering sales, margin, operating expenses and working capital.
• Support regional business reviews and provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for Marketing and Commercial projects.

Required profile

• Background in finance, accounting or controlling with experience in multinational environments.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Ability to work across multiple LATAM markets and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
