Business Development Executive

About the role

China Mobile International is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its telecom construction ecosystem across the Latin American region. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth for the company’s global telecom products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by prospecting and securing new business opportunities in Latin America.
• Establish and maintain responsive relationships with customers and partners, handling issues such as service modifications and billing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and explore new customer segments.
• Coordinate internally and externally to close deals and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collect market intelligence and help localize China Mobile’s offerings.
• Lead capability‑building initiatives in the region.
• Travel frequently to customer sites, events, and business meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile telecom sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of international telecom market trends and technology.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing customer requirements, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and cultural adaptability.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with internet marketing; experience in internet marketing for telecom products is a plus.
