Business Development Manager – Chile

About the role

FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Chile. The role focuses on acquiring and managing Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and other partners to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the CFD and Forex markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and onboard new IBs, affiliates and partners across Chile.
• Drive client acquisition through direct outreach, referrals, events and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, partners and affiliates.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and compliant.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos and webinars.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in Forex/CFD or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates or high‑net‑worth retail/institutional clients.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience expanding into emerging markets (LATAM) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Cellxpert and Zendesk.
