Business Development Manager – FX/CFD (Chile)

About the role

D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships in Chile. The role focuses on promoting D Prime’s multi‑asset CFD and FX trading solutions to institutional and retail traders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates and existing clients.
• Present D Prime’s value proposition, trading conditions and platform capabilities through webinars, demos and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead and partner records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Compliance, Marketing and Support teams to ensure high service standards.
• Analyse market trends and sales data to recommend growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a CFD/Forex brokerage.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs and brokerage operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, expos and industry events.
