Channel Marketing Manager – Chile

About the role

The Channel Marketing Manager will own the marketing strategy for a specific distribution channel across Chile and the broader Latin America region. You will act as the single point of contact for sales and business units, driving channel‑specific programs that support corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and customers to develop profitable channel programs that boost sales growth throughout Latin America.
• Maintain pricing integrity, program consistency, and promotion alignment while identifying potential channel conflicts.
• Manage an annual budget for channel programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with National, Regional, and Account Managers to create annual business plans, including new product launches, advertising, and support activities.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and recommend annual commercial plans, advertising, and promotional strategies.
• Define optimal product assortments using category‑management techniques and market research.
• Develop merchandising and point‑of‑purchase material for launches, promotions, and cross‑merchandising.
• Serve as liaison for new product teams, providing market insights for product development.

Required profile

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business (MBA preferred) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in Latin America, preferably within plumbing, electrical, or industrial distribution channels.
• Strong analytical, computer, communication, and presentation abilities.
