Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Gucci, you will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering top‑quality service that meets and exceeds customer expectations while strengthening brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers following the Gucci selling ceremony.
• Provide an exceptional service experience, demonstrating deep knowledge of products, brand history, and heritage.
• Drive cross‑selling and up‑selling across all product categories.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify high‑potential prospects.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members, offering constructive communication and solutions.
• Support visual merchandising according to Gucci standards.
• Ensure store upkeep, product availability on the sales floor, and proper inventory management.
• Adhere to Gucci grooming standards and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar client‑advisor or sales role within fashion retail.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance.
