Client Services Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Services Coordinator to join Gypsy Travel & Cruise. The role is fully remote and offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to assist clients in planning memorable vacations, cruises, and custom travel experiences from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients via phone, email, text, and social media to understand their travel preferences.
• Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and excursions.
• Provide personalized destination recommendations based on client needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel promotions, destination updates, and industry tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip, building long‑term client relationships.
