Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I)

About the role

This entry‑level Clinical Research Associate (CRA I) position offers a structured career path with training, mentoring and quarterly performance reviews. You will work on global clinical projects while primarily travelling within a regional remit.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out visits and maintain all required documentation.
• Support the development of subject recruitment plans.
• Establish regular communication with sites and deliver protocol and study training.
• Evaluate site practices for quality and integrity, escalating issues when necessary.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment metrics, case report form completion and resolve data queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care or scientific discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years of remote monitoring experience or experience as a Study Coordinator.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will also be considered.
