Clinical Trial Manager – US Projects (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead United States‑based studies while supporting sites in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia or Mexico. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading life‑sciences services organization and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure trial success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management and close‑out visits (on‑site or remotely).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ICH‑GCP, Good Pharmacoepidemiological Practices (GPP) and protocol specifications.
• Evaluate site performance, provide actionable recommendations, and promptly escalate critical issues.
• Verify informed consent processes and protect patient confidentiality.
• Identify and address safety, data integrity, protocol deviation and pharmacovigilance concerns.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Clinical Trial Manager managing US studies.
• Familiarity with site management across LATAM regions (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico).
• Strong understanding of ICH‑GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with global teams.
