About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Co‑Teacher to join our primary classroom team. The successful candidate will work closely with lead teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support the holistic development of young learners. This role emphasizes a safe, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans and activities for primary/elementary students.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction that meets curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student learning and progress on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student performance and wellbeing.
Required profile
- Degree in education or a related field.
- Teaching certification appropriate for primary/elementary education.
- Relevant experience teaching primary or elementary students.
Required skills
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate young students.
