About the role

The International Schools network is seeking a Co‑Teacher (Tiny) to lead its primary education programme at the British Royal School. In this senior‑level position you will oversee curriculum delivery, support teaching staff, and ensure that all learning activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety and wellbeing for our young learners. The role aligns with ISP’s commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the primary school education programme and staff.
• Develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on programme performance and metrics.
• Provide training and support to primary school educators.
• Promote safeguarding, health and safety practices in line with ISP policies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment for all students.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in primary school education management.
• Professional certification in primary school education preferred.
