About the role

To plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while implementing the school curriculum in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values. The role follows ISP principles that prioritize student wellbeing, respect, operational effectiveness, financial responsibility, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program and ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team, leading pedagogical meetings and supporting professional development.
• Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional progress and implement support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain effective communication with families, coordinate behavior management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, manage timetables, assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Minimum required years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Sound knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and student‑centered learning.
