Communications Lead – Americas

About the role

Inchcape Americas is seeking a Communications Lead to shape and execute employee communication strategies across the region. This hybrid, full‑time position will drive culture, engagement and business transformation initiatives while supporting the broader external communications function.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the annual communication roadmap aligned with regional business priorities.
• Lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of the editorial calendar and employee communication campaigns.
• Coordinate internal processes such as engagement, learning, wellbeing, culture and recognition programs.
• Plan and deliver employee events (Town Halls, Open Coffee sessions, etc.) both in‑person and online, measuring impact and managing budgets.
• Manage and continuously improve internal communication channels to maximise reach and engagement.
• Develop multimedia content—including written pieces, videos, photography and digital assets—for internal and selected external initiatives.
• Collaborate with local communication teams to ensure consistency while allowing market adaptation.
• Measure channel performance, manage communication budgets, oversee external vendors and monitor KPIs.
• Partner with the External Communications function to align regional messaging with broader campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Internal Communications, with at least 2 years leading an internal communications function.
• Proven track record managing complex communication calendars, employee engagement initiatives and people‑focused communications.
• Experience in multinational or regional organisations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
