Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across major platforms.
• Create and curate visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align community initiatives with broader business goals.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role with measurable community growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content.
• Team‑player who can work effectively across departments.
• Passion for hospitality and a strong customer‑focused attitude.
