Community Manager – Remote (Chile/Peru)

About the role

NP Digital is looking for a passionate Community Manager to lead and grow its online communities across social platforms, forums and other channels. This is a fully remote, full‑time position for candidates residing in Chile or Peru, requiring fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the community, responding to comments, messages and inquiries across social media, forums and other channels.
• Foster meaningful interactions and maintain a positive, inclusive community environment.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns with community interests.
• Generate engaging, shareable content ideas that resonate with the audience.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the community and increase engagement.
• Monitor and report on community performance metrics such as engagement rates, audience growth and sentiment analysis.
• Act as the brand’s voice within the community and represent community interests internally.
• Build relationships with brand advocates, influencers and ambassadors to amplify messaging.
• Mediate discussions, address conflicts or negative feedback professionally.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates and emerging tools to inform community strategies.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in community management, social media management or a related role.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing engaged communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
