Construction Administrator – Administrativo/a de Obra

About the role

Ferrovial is looking for a Construction Administrator (Administrativo/a de Obra) to support the daily administrative, financial and documentation processes of its projects. You will ensure that all project information is well‑organized, up‑to‑date and backed by reliable records, enabling smooth on‑site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and register supplier invoices, verifying amounts, purchase orders, cost centres and required supporting documents.
• Manage petty‑cash transactions and expense reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation, correct allocation and timely recording.
• Support cost‑control activities, preparing cost reports and assisting with internal and external audit documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, subcontractors and billing teams to streamline processes such as hiring, purchasing, subcontractor management and expense reporting.
• Maintain project files, contracts and other critical documentation in accordance with company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative or financial support within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Good understanding of invoicing, purchase orders and expense reporting procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI‑enhanced productivity tools.
