Construction Project Administrator

About the role
Ferrovial is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to support the administrative, financial, and documentation processes of its infrastructure projects. The role ensures that daily site operations have accurate records, reliable backups, and up‑to‑date information.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, review, and register supplier invoices, verifying amounts, purchase orders, cost centres, and required approvals.
- Manage petty‑cash transactions and expense reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation and timely posting.
- Maintain project documentation for internal and external audits, including contracts, sub‑contractor agreements, and purchase records.
- Assist HR processes related to project staff, such as onboarding, timesheet validation, and personnel file updates.
- Support procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, and track delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare regular cost‑control reports and assist in budget monitoring.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep records organized.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and invoicing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
