Consumer Panel Insights Coordinator (Market Intelligence)

About the role

NielsenIQ's Industry Insights team, part of Customer Success, turns data into strategic recommendations for manufacturers and retailers. As the Consumer Panel Services (CPS/HomeScan) subject matter expert for the Chilean market, this role drives excellence in CPS initiatives, integrates CPS and RMS insights, supports client retention and business growth, and acts as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CPS/HomeScan expert for Chile, applying best practices across the organization.
• Advise manufacturers and retailers, turning consumer and market data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and support executive-level client engagements with compelling narratives.
• Promote the integration of CPS and RMS insights and the Full View proposition.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Retail and Manufacturer teams on client retention and solution expansion.
• Influence decisions on CPS methodologies, industry trends and client needs.
• Support commercial initiatives, proposals and business reviews.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues and foster CPS best practices.
• Work with regional and global stakeholders to align methodologies and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in Consumer Panel Services, HomeScan, Household Panels, Consumer Insights or Market Research.
• Proven experience working directly with FMCG manufacturers and/or retail clients.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in matrix and cross-functional environments.
