Content Creator & Designer – Social Media Specialist

About the role

Puulse is looking for a full‑time Content Creator & Designer who will also act as a Social Media Specialist. Working remotely, you will produce high‑volume visual and video assets that support recruiting, internal marketing, and sales‑team motivation across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design product ads, recruiting ads and marketing assets at scale for various markets.
• Edit video content for recruiting features, culture clips, training material and short interview highlights.
• Create leaderboards, recognition graphics and incentive announcements to energize sales teams.
• Update job listings, candidate forms, email templates and interview kits.
• Support external recruiting content on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Handle quick‑turnaround requests and prioritize tasks as needs shift.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency (C2) – both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to produce large volumes of creative work without sacrificing quality.
• Highly organized, able to juggle several requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating directly with Canadian leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Video‑editing experience for social, recruiting and training content.
• Sharp design eye and good judgment on what content engages audiences.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation (nice to have).
• Familiarity with social‑media scheduling and management tools (nice to have).
