Content Editor – AI‑Driven Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Content Editor to join a remote‑first team in Chile, focusing on AI‑driven marketing content. The role blends editorial excellence with the development of AI‑powered content workflows to boost visibility across search engines and emerging AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own content quality, AI‑powered operations, and visibility strategies, ensuring accuracy and impact.
• Develop and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Optimization (AIO) strategies.
• Monitor brand presence, citation performance and AI platform visibility, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Build and maintain AI‑assisted content workflows using tools such as Claude or similar platforms.
• Establish quality standards, review processes and checkpoints for AI‑generated content.
• Manage content refresh cycles to sustain relevance and performance of existing libraries.
• Recruit, coordinate and manage freelance writers, agencies, video contributors and AI agents.
• Create detailed briefs, outlines and editorial guidance for contributors.
• Proofread, edit and quality‑check all content before publication.
• Coach writers with feedback to continuously improve content quality.
• Support digital community growth and collaborate with marketing stakeholders on strategy and priorities.

Required profile

• Strong editorial experience combined with hands‑on knowledge of AI content workflows, SEO and digital marketing operations.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Proven experience using Claude or similar AI tools to create and optimise content workflows.
• Practical understanding of AEO, GEO and AIO concepts.
