Contract Lawyer – Commercial Contracts Attorney

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Lawyer to provide project‑based legal support to leading technology companies. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating and redlining commercial agreements, with a strong emphasis on SaaS, technology contracts and data protection.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate and redline commercial agreements such as SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs and data processing agreements.
- Advise clients on legal risks, contract terms and GDPR compliance.
- Select and manage projects through an online portal, delivering fixed‑fee deliverables within a 24‑hour turnaround expectation.
- Provide general contract review and support for technology‑focused commercial terms and conditions.
Required profile
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the Bar Association of Chile.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably from a top‑tier law firm or in‑house counsel role at a technology company.
- Proven ability to work independently on project‑based assignments.
