About the role
Ferrovial is looking for a Junior Document Control professional to manage technical, contractual, administrative, quality and environmental documentation for an underground engineering project. The role ensures that all project information is correctly recorded, coded, updated, distributed and readily available to all project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, register, classify and distribute documentation from the client and other authorized parties.
- Upload and issue documents generated by the various work areas.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date master document list.
- Control document versions and prevent the use of obsolete files.
- Track pending, rejected, expired or under‑review documents.
Required profile
- Technical or professional degree related to document management, construction, quality, project management, administration or a similar field.
- Experience in document control, technical documentation administration or file management on construction, infrastructure or underground engineering projects.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Knowledge of Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise or an equivalent document platform.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Power BI (desirable).
