Controller – Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Controller to manage daily financial operations and drive process improvements across accounting, billing, reporting, and financial systems. The role blends hands‑on financial management with a focus on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily cash flows across Authorize.net, bank deposits, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and customer payment records.
• Own recurring billing reconciliation, follow‑up on failed payments, collections, and resolution of payment issues.
• Maintain bookkeeping, journal entries, month‑end close, and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, cash‑flow visibility, and inventory reporting and optimization.
• Identify gaps in financial workflows and implement improvements using automation and AI tools.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, customer service, and leadership to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Strong accounting background with solid analytical skills.
• Experience managing AR/AP, month‑end close, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality.
