Corporate Accountant – Santiago

About the role

Support Services Group is a fast‑growing, high‑touch global outsourcing partner providing omnichannel contact‑center solutions. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant to join our expanding Accounting Shared Services Team. In this role you will record all financial transactions, produce accurate reporting and partner with the local Santiago team to implement proper accounting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Record transactions including client invoicing, vendor bills and credit‑card payments.
• Perform multiple account reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting policies are applied to assigned subsidiaries.
• Assist with the transition of accounting records to a new ERP system.
• Provide standard financial reports and ad‑hoc analyses requested by management.
• Support special projects and analytical tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in finance and accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with internal financial reporting, accounting principles and internal control.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS cost‑control principles.
• Hands‑on experience transacting in multiple currencies.
• Must reside in Santiago or surrounding areas.
• BPO background and Oracle NetSuite Oneworld experience are a plus.
