Corporate Communications Channels Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Communications Channels Specialist supports Signant Health’s global communications strategy by creating and distributing internal and external messages. Reporting to the Executive Director of Global Communications, the role ensures that content reaches the right audiences through the appropriate digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the ChangeEngine (external SaaS) and Navigator (internal SharePoint) communication platforms.
• Plan, write, edit, and deliver content that aligns with business priorities for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Utilize approved AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining accountability for all AI‑generated outputs.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of customer and site communications according to established schedules.
• Maintain and update contact databases, pulling information from internal systems as needed.
• Manage the communications calendar for all internal and external releases.
• Produce regular analytics reports to measure channel performance and communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with functional leaders, subject‑matter experts, and communications teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution of messaging.
• Experience managing contact databases and communication calendars.
• Comfort with using AI‑enabled tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency.
