Country Finance Leader

About the role

The Country Finance Leader will head the finance function across multiple business units in two countries, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end financial stewardship and will help position Mexico as a scalable, profitable growth engine for the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting and performance management for all businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong governance.
• Own country and line‑of‑business P&L, including revenue, margin, SG&A, working capital and capital allocation.
• Partner with commercial leaders to drive growth, pricing optimisation, margin management and customer profitability.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan, budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic, commercial and operational decisions.
• Drive cost discipline while protecting growth‑enabling investments.
• Lead financial integration for M&A activities and support inorganic growth initiatives.
• Transform the finance operating model to increase agility, scalability and automation.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing finance team in Mexico.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with strong experience in FP&A, P&L management and business partnering.
• Proven background supporting commercial growth, pricing and profitability decisions.
• Experience working in complex, multi‑LOB or B2B environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and data‑driven finance environments.
• M&A and post‑merger integration experience is a plus.
