About the role

Telepatía is seeking a Country Launcher to spearhead the launch and early scaling of its AI‑driven healthcare solutions in Chile. You will be responsible for building the business foundation, securing flagship customers, and delivering predictable, high‑quality revenue from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that drives rapid revenue generation and market penetration.
• Identify, engage, and close deals with top hospitals, health systems, and clinical networks to become Telepatía’s first lighthouse customers in Chile.
• Develop and manage a pipeline that meets the ambitious 2026 country growth plan.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth market entry and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust tactics, and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture‑backed startups, business development, or high‑growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of launching new markets or building businesses from zero to one.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Based in Santiago or willing to relocate.
• Passion for healthcare transformation through AI.
