Country Manager – Chile

About the role

Le Creuset is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead and grow its business in Chile across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels. The role will define and execute the country strategy, align it with global priorities and act as the brand’s primary representative in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Chile country strategy in line with global and regional objectives.
• Drive commercial performance, optimise sales, margins and overall profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply, Marketing and HR.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of processes.
• Adapt global policies to local requirements and maintain compliance.
• Develop client and brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and landlords.
• Represent the brand externally as a brand ambassador.
• Foster a high‑performance culture, focusing on talent development and retention.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading a multi‑functional business unit or country operation in retail or luxury environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organisation.
• Fluency in English.
