Country Manager – Chile

About the role

Fonroche Lighting is looking for a dynamic Country Manager to lead its Chilean operations. You will be responsible for driving market development, overseeing daily activities, and representing the brand across the country while aligning local actions with global growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal negotiation and contract signing.
• Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high‑level service, accurate forecasting, and smooth account operations.
• Coordinate product ordering and service delivery with the headquarters.
• Represent Fonroche at industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence.
• Adapt global initiatives to the Chilean market and continuously improve sales tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in public infrastructure or industrial products with disruptive technology.
• Proven track record of managing sales agent networks and achieving growth targets.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English for communication with the head office.
• Strong organizational skills, result‑orientation, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing environment.
