Country Manager – Chile

About the role
DHL Global Forwarding Chile is looking for an experienced executive to lead the country’s logistics business. As Country Manager you will set strategic direction, drive performance and ensure operational excellence across all functions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the country strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Own full P&L responsibility and deliver on business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead senior functional leaders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Develop organizational capability and nurture leadership talent.
- Partner with the CFO on business planning, budgeting and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, quality and operational standards.
Required profile
- More than 20 years of experience in transportation, freight forwarding or logistics.
- At least 15 years of leadership and people‑management experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical decision‑making abilities.
- Proven track record in complex multinational environments.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
