Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager will define and execute the local strategy for Ria Money Transfer in Chile, aligning with regional and global guidelines. This senior position leads cross‑functional initiatives across marketing, product, and customer experience while managing local and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a local digital strategy that supports regional and global objectives.
• Drive growth by leveraging market insights and optimizing key performance indicators.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Own the P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and build high‑performing, data‑driven teams.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with high autonomy in decision‑making.
• Deep understanding of the Chilean market and industry trends.
• 7+ years of experience in money‑transfer, payment disbursement, or cross‑border payments.
• Proven experience with local regulations (UAF, CMF, SII) and direct negotiations with banks.
• Advanced English proficiency.
