Creative Producer – Female‑Oriented Digital Products

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creative direction of a female‑oriented digital product portfolio. Based in Chile, you will shape concepts, run data‑driven tests, and leverage AI tools to deliver high‑performing advertising assets that drive user acquisition and engagement worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end creative testing framework, from hypothesis creation to optimization rules.
• Generate creative concepts based on performance insights, competitor research, and trends in e‑commerce, gaming, and dating.
• Write detailed briefs and coordinate with designers and AI‑powered content production workflows.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to execute tests and analyse outcomes across metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention.
• Maintain a knowledge base of successful themes, messaging angles, and performance drivers.
• Provide regular reporting and data‑driven recommendations for creative portfolio improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or similar roles within high‑volume environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable creative hypotheses.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, international, data‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered video and image generation tools (e.g., Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen).
• Proficiency in data analysis using dashboards and spreadsheet software.
• Familiarity with key advertising performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, IPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, cohort retention).
