Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creative production engine for user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. Based in Chile and working fully remote, you will combine creative judgment with data‑driven insights to shape, test, and scale advertising assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full creative pipeline for video, static, GIF, and landing‑page assets, delivering ~100+ assets per month.
• Manage landing‑page and funnel production, coordinating developers and designers across ~20 projects monthly.
• Research, develop, and test new creative concepts and formats beyond incoming briefs.
• Analyze performance data to decide which concepts to scale, iterate, or discontinue.
• Write clear briefs and scripts, and contribute directly to photo and video production, including editing footage, music, and graphics.
• Coordinate freelance creatives and external agencies, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Explore and implement AI‑powered creative generation and automation tools to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and cross‑functional teams to align creative output with acquisition goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or a similar role, preferably in mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative tools and mobile‑first ad formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, write briefs/scripts, and edit photo/video content.
• Experience coordinating footage, music, graphics, and other assets.
