Creative Project Lead

About the role

Darwin AI is looking for a Creative Project Lead to drive the creation and execution of multimedia content that positions the brand among Mid‑Market businesses in Latin America. You will lead projects that expand brand reach and experiment with new go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end creation and editing of videos and other multimedia assets.
• Manage freelancers, editors and other creative contributors to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand positioning for a B2B AI company.
• Design and manage side projects aimed at improving marketing spend efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design, social media campaigns and marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Creative Project Lead or similar role in marketing, video production or social media management.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Interest in B2B marketing and understanding of AI/SaaS industries.

Required skills

• Video creation and editing.
• Team management of freelancers and editors.
